This work was created as an 'artist book' for a school project at Barcelona.
It consisted of a sealed vase, with different phrases printed in transferred lettering. Such ideas were written to confront the reader with preconceptions and prejudices commonly believed and taught since childhood.
Spanish:
El cielo es azul. El sol es amarillo. Romper un espejo trae mala suerte. Las rubias son tontas. Los buenos van al cielo. Esto es un libro. El tomate es un vegetal. Amar es fácil. Fuimos creados a imagen de Dios. La homosexualidad es una enfermedad. La cigüeña trae a los bebés. Universo solo hay uno. Los pecadores arderán en el infierno. La luz es blanca. Este libro es irrompible.

The sky is blue. The sun is yellow. Breaking a mirror brings bad luck. Blondes are dumb. Good people go to heaven. This is a book. Tomatoes are vegetables. Love is easy. We were created in God's image. Homosexuality is a disease. Storks brings babies. There is only one universe. Sinners will burn in hell. The colour of light is white. This book is unbreakable.
The last phrase is meant to directly put the reader in a position were he can choose to break the vase or leave it as in. This symbollic act, also puts in doubt all of the previous preconceptions.
Breaking the vase, would reveal a final message:
"Si crees en lo que siempre has creído entonces pensarás lo que siempre has pensado. Abrirle la puerta a la duda, es el primer paso en la búsqueda de la verdad. Y la verdad te librerará."
(Translation)
"If you believe in what you've always believed, then you will think what you've always thought. Opening the door to doubt, is the first step in the search for the truth. And the truth will set you free."
