Through a common connection on Facebook, and a post requesting help two days after Superstorm Sandy, we met our client at 20 Niblick Street. Initially we stopped by just to lend a hand removing wet furniture and belongings since the house was flooded by approximately 2 feet of ocean water. But after our assistance, and a mutual friend in common, we were hired to perform the complete gut/renovation of her home.
We stripped the house down to bare studs and floor joists, and had a local ServPro company come in and dry out / disinfect the space before reconstruction could commence. Everything you see is brand new, including plumbing, electrical, and heating systems. All interior finishes were installed by MP Consulting in house carpenters.
