Quanto Basta (QB) è un programma di cucina con ricette semplici, veloci e che non richiedano una grande quantità di ingredienti, quindi anche abbastanza economiche. La durata di ogni puntata è di 15/20 minuti e il canale su cui va in onda è Real Time.
Il programma si pone come obiettivo quello di creare dei contenuti nuovi, ispirandosi al modello del web (per esempio video su YouTube) quindi video di ricette brevi e facilmente riproducibili da chiunque. Il programma vuole offrire degli spunti e delle idee di partenza adattabili alle esigenze di ognuno.
Tutti gli elementi grafici hanno uno stile molto giocoso, allegro e frizzante, facilmente adattabile a un programma di ricette facili, veloci e sfiziose.

The show aims to create new content, inspired by the web model (for example videos on Youtube) so short and easy recipe videos that anyone can try to reproduce. The show aims to offer ideas adaptable to everyone's needs.

Abbiamo scelto il nome Quanto Basta (abbreviato QB) lasciandoci ispirare dalla dicitura che appare, spesso associata alla quantità di sale, pepe o condimento, sulle ricette: QB richiama proprio il fatto di poter adattare qualsiasi ricetta proposta dal programma alle proprie esigenze, agli ingredienti che si hanno a disposizione, ai propri gusti, ed evidenzia che non è sempre necessario tanto tempo per fare piatti gustosi e genuini.

We chose to name our TV show Quanto Basta (abbreviated in QB) because that is the wording you usually find next to ingredients like salt, pepper or other seasoning while reading a recipe: QB (which in English can be compared to the wording "to taste") actually recalls the fact that every recipe in the cooking show can be adapted to someone's needs, to the ingredients that are available in that moment, to someone's own taste, and it highlights the fact that cooking tasty and genuine dishes does not always require much time.
