Iain Macarthur
Self initiated project documenting artist Iain Macarthur in his London studio.
I was first introduced to Iain's work shooting for Dephect Clothing and since them I have followed him avidly on Instagram. This year Dephect turned twenty years old and I thought it would be cool to celebrate this by travelling around and photographing some of the artists who have contributed designs to the company over the years.
Iain fuses a wide range of influences into his work to create otherworldly portraits of his subjects. He has produced artwork for a wide range of clients including Nike, MTV playground, Ride Snowboards, 55DSL and Game of Thrones.
Iain weaves intricate patterns into his work, and it was amazing to see his artwork in person.
