The project of a constructions' company office with an area of 395 sqm found in Tirana, Albania. Having a confined space where different zones with their purposes should be combined.
The Office includes 7 main areas, which are connected to each other. The first one is the entrance hall, followed by the CEO office, and then the meeting room and the design team office. The fourth area consists of the financial team office, the fifth is the lawyers team office, the sixth zone is the kitchen and last zone includes the bathroom and the storage room.
Rather high ceilings allowed us to easily design all the utility systems, which we had firstly decided not to cover, but in the end kept hided to the eyes. In the imaging of this office an important role played selected materials, like large usage of wood, green walls, natural stones, porcelain tiles, large doors and windows.
