Yoga is a wholistic and integral science of life dealing with physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health of the individual and society. it is a way of life thats provides a rare opportunity to leave the madness of the world behind and attain inner peace. yoga is th eoriginal mind body medicine and is one of the greatest treasures of the unique indian culture hertiage. yogic lifestyle, yogic diet, yogic attitudes and various yogic practices help us strenghthen ourseleves and devlop positive health. we need to remember that yoga is something that we "live" until our last breath, and even that last breath should be completed with awareness. yoga is a continuous process as it is a journey and the goal is the journey itself.   





Many people equate the idea of 'asanas' with the terms of yoga incorrectly.The asanas or postures are just a small portion of yoga.Truly dedicated yogis and yoginis. however have come to understand that the many aspects of yoga extends beyond asana contrary to what is promoted in advertising and on social medias.

when you truly learn what yoga is, as described in ancient scriptures and practice the yogic principles sincerely you realize that you cannot simply 'leave yoga'. Yoga is not something that simply practiced a few times a week in order to relax, increase flexibility, or to stay in shape, while these are the side effect of yoga; They are not the main objectives.
