The project is intended to be an alternative version to several soundtracks created through the years for the movie "Le Voyage Dans la Lune" (G. Méliès, 1902). 
The sonorities and the sounds used in "Flash Gordos" give "voice" to the movie, generate a texture of electric wires mixed with mesmerising aboriginal patterns, while accompanying the listener in this wonderful journey through the human's psychic. 
The live performance, Paolo Antolini (Synth/Laptop) and Stefano Cagnasso (Didjeridoo), presents a similarity between the artists and the main characters of the movie: as the latter, they explore the new worlds created by mixing the "warm" vibes of real instruments with the "cold" technology.
"Flash Gordos" is like a radio set on cosmic frequencies, accompanying the audience in the travel  dans la lune. 
 

Il progetto nasce dalla volontà di presentare una versione alternativa alle numerose colonne sonore che nel corso degli anni sono state realizzate per “Le Voyage Dans la Lune” (G. Méliès,1902).
Sonorità che danno "voce" alla pellicola, generano un tessuto di cavi elettrici, di trame ipnotiche aborigene che accompagnano questo straordinario viaggio nella mente dell’uomo.
La performance live vede impegnati Paolo Antolini al laptop/synth e Stefano Cagnasso ai didjeridoo, che come i protagonisti del film si trovano ad esplorare i nuovi mondi generati dal calore delle vibrazioni di strumenti vivi affiancati alla "fredda" tecnologia.
Flash Gordos è un autoradio su frequenze cosmiche per il lungo viaggio dello spettatore dans la lune.
