CHANNEL BRANDING DESIGN
In order to render MBC Music as a channel for the talented and vivacious twenty-somethings, we defined music as play and tried to express a musical play. To do so, we casted people actually in their twenties and asked them to play as they like without any script. Then, we converted what was filmed using rotoscoping and expressed IDs in various moods with several touches that best fit their actions. We used soft lines for the girly ID, rough pen for the ID with many rough moves, and black and white tone for the strong ID with techno sound.
