In the original pencil sketch, Larry looked a little serpent-like. Mostly because of his large shell of a head. He is definitely a unique human-alien-reptile hybrid.

I elaborated on the alien reptile theme by adding a lumpy scale-like texture, a nice deep green as well as odd tubing and compartments as if they were actually functional parts of his space suit.

Here is a closeup of Larry’s clothes. It’s a nice thick knitted wool blend with a suave burgundy button-down mini-vest. In addition to the wool, another possible way for a human-reptile hybrid to maintain his core body heat is to wrap it all up in a chic plastic amber tinted iridescent bag that would keep the heat in yet not interfere with his fashion statement.

Gotta love that space age alien technology.
