This might be the biggest project I've taken up using Blender. This is a 3D model of Student Plaza in my college (Manipal Institute of Technology).
Time Taken: 1 week
Render Time: 8 hours
Textures: All PBR based except the shop shutters and bricks
What I learnt by making this: Good grasp of shader editor in Blender and Render time optimization.
Motivation: To export this model as an AR Filter for Instagram
