Making process of Japanese plum wine

The followings are a series of illustrations to show the making process of Japanese plum wine.
Prepare some fresh, tart and sour green plums and wash them with water. Note that fresh plums are not edible, as they cause stomachache.
Remove the stems using a skewer or a toothpick.
Wipe off the moisture on the surface of the plums.
Put the plums, white rock sugar and white liquor in a glass jar.
Wait for several month (or a year) to enjoy drinking the plum wine.
