Born in the heart of Rathmines, Dublin 6, the bakery Blinkjoy is a brand designed amidst the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. A solution for something we took for granted: morning latte with butter croissant. With all restaurants closed and permission to stay within a 2km range, delivery services revealed to be the only window for business. The brand fills the gap of coffee shop delivery and collection services.
