Project Title: 郁身郁勢冇煩老
This project aim to raise the awareness of health issue towards elderly aged 65 or above by telling how to make exercise a part of elderly’s life, exercising brings benefits to their health against their common health problem. It also encourage them to work-out with the help of the this project’s designs.

Street ambient design (Road sticker)
To encourage elderly people exercise more, this design aims to remind them to walk more, spread accurate exercise information and invite the elderly carry out practical action. There are two parts in this design: informational triangular prism and floor stickers. The informational triangular prism carries messages rules of this activity, importance of exercising and encouraging the elderly to join the practice with family and friends. The elderly then can follow the stickers on the floor as hints to estimate the time they have walked.

MTR advertisement
"Public Transport Fare Concession Scheme for the Elderly" enabled elderly taking public transport with only two dollars. What if we go further to elevate the scheme and attract more elderly walking out from home as the first step they take place to “achieve exercising”? The design is assumed holding an exercise promotion with MTR company with setting “senior car”. This car will be exclusive to the elderly and their family on specific day. In order to promote exercise, this car placed with design to spread types of easy exercise, such as brisk walking and doing housework, the benefits of exercising and reminders.
Souvenirs design
“Some is better than none”, adding little exercise to lifestyle also bring benefit for health as long as moving the limbs. Doing housework is another no skills or special equipment required exercise. Giving out towel aim to promote “doing housework”. On the other hand, Octopus is an electronic money commonly used by the elderly when taking transportation. The design of cardholder aim to promote walking when the elderly is going to short distanced destination, especially happened in old district, but to take transportation.
