Wandering in the public buses, trams and trolleys, I began to analyze their visual navigation and came across a rich collection of different styles, by different authors. This is how I was inspired to create a visual identity for the public transport in Sofia, Bulgaria.
I made twenty pictograms, each of which guides the passengers of the vehicle with an image. My aim was to get rid of every unnecessary detail without disturbing the recognizability of the messages in the pictograms.

In support of the pictograms, I created a series of five tickets. I set myself the goal of turning an ordinary ticket into something that fewer people would want to throw in the trash. Something to make the tourists keep as a souvenir.
I focused on five architectural landmarks that are most emblematic for the city, all of which are located at key points
for the public transport.
And for the most regular passengers I made a model of an electronic personalized travel card.
