Конь в букваре / Horse in ABC

Конь в букваре — это серия коллажей в основе которых картинки из книги «Русский язык в картинках» (Просвещение, 1968 год). 1 сентября 2008 года в «White Cube Gallery Новосибирск» состоялась выставка этих работ.

Horse in a ABC is a set of digital collages inspired by the book "Russian language in pictures" (Prosveschenie, 1968). An exhibition of these works took a place on the 1st of September, 2008 in The White Cube Gallery (Novosibirsk, Russia).
Faster. Faster. Faster. Faster. Faster. Or everything will happen without us.
Nina has a wide, Vera has a narrow, Kolya has a blue. They are good.
Children say: who is it? who is it? who is it?
Mother gives soup.
Grandmother gives milk.
Grandfather tells grandchildren about KGB.
What has he done?
What have they done?
What hasn't she done?
Mother has a doll. Mother loves the doll.
Ira has a daugther. Ira loves the daughter.
Mother gave daughter a bag. What daughter is hiding from mother in the bag?
Igor stands up in the morning.
Igor sits down in the afternoon.
Igor lays down in the evening.
Here is a salesman. There is a salesman.
Here is a salesman. There is a salesman.
This is a shop. Woman is buying bread.
— Is cat small?
— No, the cat is small.
— What kind of the cat is it?
We want to bake cakes. We also want to draw and play drums. We don't really want to fight.
Tell what do you see in the picture?
Who is standing on the street?
What is there near the fence?
Who is walking on the street?
Which flag is on the roof?
What kind of trees are there?
What are they doing?
They come to make a search. I have sewed all in the bear and the rabbit.
I want clowns to come into the town so bad.
Zoya puts a coat on. Vova puts a coat on too. Without a coat it's quite impossible these days.
Who is he? A man? Not you? Not I? Sure? Can we buy from him?
