The Making of Sandow-Tronic-M-1900
Designed using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator CS6. Printed using vintage Vandercook Letterpress (20 inches tall), screen printing (33 inches tall), and digital printer (not shown in video but it is 6 feet tall)... Inspired by a 19th Century American Art History Class which had a theme of "Bodies and Machines" taught by Dr Sarah J Moore, University of Arizona. So, I created a machine-body (a robot) using pieces of 19th century industrial illustrations. ENJOY!
