Challenges & Solution :
Samsung Electronics Retail Marketing team asked the bread and butter to create a new retail store strategy & space design for Samsung Digital Plaza Pyeongtaek Branch. We researched and analysed the site, potential consumers lifestyle and competitive landscapes, together with global retail case studies. From research insights, we came up with this new store positioning, concept, floor plan, unique space scheme and facade design. Especially, in order to draw consumers footfall to the store, we suggested to have a cafe in the window side, as its location is in front of Pyeongtaek University, and the parking area management plan to hold a flea market for local community. The new store was successfully opened in November, 2019.
