The design practice of the first office park in Xixi tried to explore the significance of the office park to the city. More importantly, in the emerging Internet city of Hangzhou, a large number of innovative science and technology talents are pouring in. Can the relationship between the park and the city be innovative for the Internet era The office space model brings new thinking and is the focus of this exploration.
The project is located 500 meters north of Xixi Wetland. The special feature of Xixi Wetland is the integration of urban wetland, agricultural wetland and cultural wetland. However, the rapid population growth and ecological destruction associated with the expansion of urbanization have changed the quality of Xixi. The protection of wetlands promotes the dual benefits of urban economy and culture, but the protection of wetlands brought about by the perfect aboriginal migration seems to be a win-win situation, but it is difficult to reproduce the scene where nature and life are intertwined.
