As part of the Systems and Operations course, our team’s project objective was to help our client Enray achieve its short-term and long-term goals sustainably by adapting and applying relevant industry best practices. We have identified two primary areas of concern and developed recommended solutions for each.
The project delivered the following:
• Improved competitive positioning and demand forecasting by developing a process and tools for
collecting, analyzing, and applying market intelligence data company-wide; and
• Aligning Enray’s organizational structure by mapping immediate and near-future HR needs,
resolving R&R questions, and developing performance metrics.
By focusing on these two domains, our recommendations should support Enray in gathering and utilizing
market intelligence to support growth, and creating an organizational structure that enables systematic
collaboration among departments and embed corporate values in all business practices.
