"Lockdown" is my personal photo essay about the emptiness during the shutdown against the COVID-19 pandemic in Düsseldorf, Germany. A series about the mood living in social isolation while civil rights and liberties become drastically restricted by governments worldwide. Abandoned roads, silent parks, the constant flowing Rhine, fog and artificial light are once again the main actors in this collection of street scenes..
