The client is DJ Love, a new company aimed at helping and promoting new DJs in the time of COVID-19 in an attempt to save the industry.

They requested a new app that is brightly coloured, easy to use and engaging.

My decision to use the tabs and overlays, instead of different artboards for each option, came from brainstorming and sketching engaging and unique ideas that are not usually seen on sign in pages. 

In keeping with the client's wishes, I designed a navbar that is a little different in terms of positioning. Thinking about where the users thumbs will be and what areas need to be visible was at the heart of this design decision. 

I used a combination of auto-animate, transition prototyping and component states to create the smooth and effective navbar options.
