Centro Aiuto Stazione Centrale
CASC, Centro Aiuto Stazione Centrale (Central Station Help Center), is a service of the Municipality of Milan to which people in situations of serious social marginality, such as homeless and migrants, turn to.
The concept of the project is built around the vision of CASC as a parental figure, whose task is to satisfy basic necessities, but also to accompany its users on a path to social reintegration and self-realization. All this is done in line with its values: empathy and rigor, that is, the warmth of hospitality but also the importance of embarking on a new path.
This project was carried out within the Final Synthesis Laboratory during the Communication Design course of the Politecnico di Milano.
