RESEARCH ON PRINTERS
During this unit for on the page were looking at print photo books and how to do this practice independently for our own photo book. I tried to look at both online and off line way to do this as we're in a difficult time to go out and talk to printer on a quote for how much my own sizing and image layout would be to make.
Online Book Printers
To start I looked at mostly online book printer  as I though it would be more reliable as many where still open and do delivery so that I could successfully get my book in time. However as its online it has more limitation on what you can do with the sizing and layout all thing that my layout has. I did successfully find some ways to print my book online with website such as CEWE, Snapfish and dox direct. However with each one I would have minor changes in what I'd want. As for pricing I found that for the quality and style of layout and sizing I would be quoted around £20-40
Local Printers
One of the places I Looked at was Catford print centre as they do hard back book with a square shape and can send your pdf of your indesign layout to print the exact layout you've made. However the minimum quantity of book you have to make is 10 which is unnecessary in my case. Also the pricey is high but good considering the amount you receive with the quality too of your choosing. However I don't think this is the best option for me for the unit.
The next local printer I found was Cho Book Print in London ther official commercial printer and are trusted by Companies and University being in the business for 40 years. There website also does instant quote which I filled out with my layout requirements. I do think that this is one of the better option for me to print my book at as it semi local to me and their final product do look very well done and professional. The quote they gave me was £20 for both my book and delivery. I think this is a goof price and seem good value too.
The final place I looked at was FV Repro in Dartford, Kent, the one most local to me and probably the most likely option for me personally as it local and I've talked over the phone with the shop to discussion if they can print my layout and size which thankful they said there most likely be able to do. Ive sent my sizing and layout to this shop so that they can give me a quote on what paper and finish they have and what would look best for my photo book, im just waiting for there reply to my last email so we can continue our discussions on and also receive a quote.

Overall I think that I have found the printer that I would go with if I were to print my book but also found many other companies that might be able to print my photo book to if anything goes wrong with my first option.
