After the Yellow Vest Movement in 2018, it seems there is not an obvious leader occurred in the recent demonstration. However, the problem of the protests without leaders is the lack of organization. With the prevalence of the Internet, information can be transmitted more efficiently than in the past. How to make it easier for each demonstrator and protester to get started and defend themselves in a severe situation will be an issue for the social movement in the future.

As safety principles, in addition to defense equipment, the awareness of self-defense ,especially in protest, the predictability is higher than natural disasters. Sensitivity to security is very important in this situation, from the knowledge of water cannons against countermeasures, to the NGO liaison, and so on are included in the defensive. In the protester’s guide, assist the protesters to make situational judgments and response.

透過分級規劃知識，讓抗爭者於不同時期吸收不同程度的抗爭須知。

Protesters' Guides grades the knowledge that may be applied in the protest with the concept of protest level, to prevent the protesters from using improper methods to protest in inappropriate times, or to cause unnecessary public opinion.

Protesters' Guides is divided into five books. The first book of the manual uses teaching, the second book of the uncooperative movement period, the third book of the assembly procession summary, the fourth book of the period of resistance summary and the fifth book of the resistance tool summary, let the contestants acquire corresponding knowledge in different periods.

手冊參考社會學中對於社會運動的嚴重性判斷標準，以階段性分冊的概念將抗爭中可能會應用到的知識做分級，避免抗爭者在不適宜的時期運用不適宜的方式做抗爭，造成不必要的國際輿論。內容大綱分別為，第一冊的手冊使用教學，第二冊的不合作運動時期，第三冊的集會遊行摘要，第四冊的抗爭時期摘要以及第五冊的抵禦鎮壓工具摘要，讓抗爭者於不同時期都能獲得對應的知識。
