Jacket as part of a demon costume for Halloween 2019

Eyes were drawn on metallic gold paper in sharpie, then glued onto small glass cabochons.

Eyes were glued to leather backing, which was then glued to the back of the jacket material

Location of each eye was marked in painter's tape, then a slit was cut in the jacket material to create the appearance of eyelids

Removable pauldron decorated with a larger glass eye made using the same technique

Pauldron is attached to the jacket with a snap, and can also be worn without the jacket by attaching a leather strap to hardware hidden inside.
