S I M P L E  is a restaurant of modern experimental Belarusian cuisine, which is based on local products and brands.
Simple restaurant is located in the center of Minsk, Belarus at Sverdlova street. It is located in the historical building of the Minsk factory-kitchen, built in 1936 in the constructivism style by architect Gruber.

CONCEPT
It was necessary to design various scenarios of seating guests in one small space, offering different options for comfort and height. We created a visual center in the interior, emphasizing it with a long black stripe on the floor, and also placing a bar, pantry, a large communal table and a wine cabinet on the main axis.
FLOOR PLAN
 It was necessary to adhere to simplicity, laconicism, minimalism. The white background around dissolves in space, emphasizing the main axis.
In this institution, the main characters are dishes and people, that's why we used mainly white color in the interior.

 One of the accents is a black glossy bar counter made of porcelain stoneware with a pattern of black marble. 
This massive element is the center of gravity of this interior, due to its ability to reflect everything - it dissolves in its surroundings, becoming weightless.

The particular interest is pantry, which is located right in the dining room. It is customary to hide from visitors eyes, but in our case this move allows guests to relax and feel at home.
Also, the project managed to fit most of the existing furniture, of course completely rethinking it, restoring and repainting part of the tables, all of the chairs, as well as integrating sofas into the central zone.

The large communal table can accommodate 14 guests at once.

The wine cabinet completes the main axis.

Sink in WC is made of concrete according to our designs.
