The car is now in the Middle East. After a visit to Edo Competition, here she is more fit than ever. Equipped with the Biturbo 2.9L 780hp V8 from the LM Competizione version, it is ready to set off on the airport runway to reach the fateful bar.

1st gear engaged, we will know it in a few seconds.⠀

Go ! The biturbo v8 spits flames and the slick tires literally tear off the tar.

402 km/h. The goal is reached !

Here ends this automotive novel in which I imagined the different story. Where Ferrari achieved the world record for the fastest car in the world of the 20th century.

The reality will be that this record will be held by Andy Wallace at the wheel of the Mclaren F1 on March 31, 1998, at a speed of 391 km / h.
