Challenge:
El Debate is a media company from Mexico. They wanted to launch a brand new classifieds website to transform their paper classifieds into a digital product.

Our challenge was to increase the number of publications and users registered on the site.

Defining how it works:
Before jumping into screens I first define and validate with the client and the IT team how the main flows were going to work. 
Once the main flows were defined we moved on designing the structure and basic UI for the key user flows.

I focused on the publication process as it was paramount to have an easy and friction-less publication experience for the product to succeed.

Product thinking from scratch:
The most fascinating thing about this project was the opportunity to ideate the product from zero, exploring and defining it´s features and design, all the way from initial sketches to the final version online as well as defining the brand and concept behind it.
