As part of my advanced graphic design unit for college we were tasked with creating our own design briefs on a subject of interest to us. For this project I decided to merge my love of golf with my love of illustration and decided to base my brief around a fictional golf tournament held in Aberdeen. My brief required a brand identity for the new tournament as well as promotional branding that had a strictly illustrative theme. I set myself the task of designing billboard adverts, a website homepage, tickets, and a tournament programme. I also designed a logo for the tournament which is called the North East Links Championship.
