Who is Javier Ruíz. Francisco Javier Ruíz Garrido graduated from the Fundación Real Escuela Andaluza del Arte Ecuestre, and has been a horse rider for the Domecq family in Medina Sidonia for twenty years. Together with the horse Ibn Jerez he has won the 2nd National Championship of Spanish Alta Escuela, considered to be the most difficult and diverse type of taming for recollecting the Spanish tradition.
