The goal of this project was to create a back cover for the booklet of the North Carolina Community College System Conference. It is a conference held in Raleigh, North Carolina for all the NC community colleges. This conference holds a design contest for the back cover of the booklet. The theme of this conference is "hire for education." It is using a play on words for hiring people to reach a higher and deeper level of education for the community college system. I started off with writing a creative brief, or overview, for the parts of this project. I went through the purpose, the audience that would be viewing it, what was required/what I wanted to put in, and the why behind the theme.

In the end I chose to create a cover that contained the locations of all 58 community colleges coming together to create a ladder ascending higher "into the future."
