POTATO METAMORPHOSIS!

In the same way that MOLECULAR GASTRONOMY BREAKS DOWN FOOD TO RECONSTRUCT IT IN ASTONISHING FORMS, the lab broke down the MOLECULAR STRUCTURE OF POTATO starch then created into a paper with a unique feel.
