September 2014, 'Phantasy.time' is a personal animation and visual effects project. I filmed this on a sunny day at random corners of Mount Victoria, Wellington, New Zealand.

Over the following three months, between jobs and on those windy, rainy and bleak weekends, I designed, modelled, rigged and animated the characters, mainly inspired by vintage computer games. Also, I motion-tracked the live footage, composited and graded the final project.

Recollecting this while staying home under a global lockdown brings back many delightful memories.

This will always be my tribute to animation, nature and classical music for being the playground of my imagination and shelter to my sanity.
