IP Kõnekeskus is an internationally operating Estonian company, whose field of activity is the provision of service solutions to customer centers. As most competitors in the same segment move toward service automation and move away from the customer, there may be more types of SAAS. Then the IP call center wanted to create the opposite image of themselves, that they wanted to be partners with the customer, making a solution that suited their needs and contributing to a sustainable relationship. Based on this, a web solution was created that is the complete opposite of all competitors' websites, using specially designed illustrated animations rather than image bank images, and directs you to join the service rather than contact them for a test period.
