CityWest Homes is a management organisation created by Westminster City Council in 2002 to manage, maintain and improve its council houses and estates. Currently working with one other housing management provider and 14 tenant management organisations, CityWest homes is hitting new levels.

 

It's successes include being given a three star excellent rating by the Audit Commission, completing decent homes two years ahead of the Government's schedule, we are a Sunday Times top 100 companies and carry a gold award from Investors in People.

 

The year 2013 brings their annual report along with the desire to show off their latest achievements as a company and display the level of class and professionalism that they are now carrying. The design includes a 6 panel die cut cover with a silhouette of the CityWest logo cut out of the front showing through to a landscape of Westminster on the inside of the fold out flap, also showing some of CityWest's most commendable statistics.
