品牌名引自中国古籍《楚辞·九歌》中的词句：“芳菲菲兮满堂”，传达出品牌背后的诗性意蕴。
产品视觉端，依据品牌意境提炼出：“草木之间，雅堂之上，满庭芬芳”的设计理念，借鉴中国经典建筑流派——“徽派”的屋顶造型，将层叠的“悬山顶”形态纳入瓶盖的设计，为整套产品的陈列效果赋予了层次感与线条的韵律感。
Originated in Dabie Mountains(a point where Hubei, Henan and Anhui meet), Manzhitang is a skin care brand incorporating Lingzhi(ganoderma), the star ingredient, and other precious natural herbs into its formulas.
The brand name is inspired by The Nine Songs of Chuci, a Chinese Classic, saying “sweetest scents with gusts of fragrance fill the hall(pronounced as “tang” in Chinese)”. Thus, a poetic style is integrated into brand designs.
At the visual level, the packaging design follows “natural origins; sublime touch and lingering fragrance”as its principles. In sympathetic with the roof shape in Hui-style architecture, a traditional Chinese architecture style, the appearance design reworks the “Gabled Roof” in the form of its lid, making for a uniquely-layered and sleek display for the whole collection. Inside the product flows a unique ripple-shaped platform at the bottom, which, merging with a fine-textured and glittering exterior, projects a luxuriant and fragrant image.
