MYOSOS is the new family of Urmet ATE remote assistance solution. It's a new way of conceiving the remote assistance, based on a simple APP that guarantees the location and all the other information sharing in real-time.
The family member can easily configure devices, receive alarms and notifications relating to the patient and share all this with other family members by using Family SOS APP. When there is an emergency, the patient just needs to press the alarm button on the remote control, or the button on the terminal hub, the device will send a notification to all the family members' smartphones.

MYOSOS includes three packages designed to offer maximum safety in all conditions of use for indoor and outdoor. All this thanks to a single remote control equipped with a double communication channel: 869MHz radio to communicate with the terminal, and Bluetooth® to communicate with a smartphone. A new way of conceiving the remote assistance, through a Cloud infrastructure that guarantees the sharing in real time of all information. The terminal is put into service by the installers through a configuration via app on a smartphone and the control unit is able to manage and update the terminal remotely.

The shape and design language of MYOSOS hub with the domestic, minimal, and fresh style that inspired by the living objects such as plates and small container on the table. The aim of this product is to create a friendly shape that easily adapts to the living room. It has a discreet, intuitive, and reliable design that has been placed at the center of the entire user experience development and conveys a sense of safety for the entire family.

The MYOSOS remote solution is a diverse range of configurations that can easily transform from a single remote unit to a remote bracelet and remote necklace. The remote unit with a delicate single emergency button which easily identifiable by touch. Thanks to the soft shape that designed in such a way to prevent accidental pressure so it could avoid false alarms.

The remote bracelet using a rubber wrist band that maximizes the comfort and stability for the elder to wear it all the time, especially in emergency situations where the user should activate the alarm button during sudden illness, faint or other unfavorable circumstances.

With the same remote module, it can easily transform as a pendant or a bracelet on the wrist. When it becomes as a necklace, it creates a discreet, modern and technological style, with minimal and hi-tech shapes that without compromise elder's own style.
