Using latin pen strock, its an adaptation of hairline font and a regular font
The name chhaaya refers to its shadow effect, in which the actual letter shape consists of negative space and is defined solely my its black dimensional shadow.

A sign attached to the consonant letter.

A cluster of consonants without intervening vowel sound and represented as partially merged forms.
