Concord Property is an independent, family run estate agency in the heart of North Essex.
To grow their business locally, Concord merged with another estate agency business and added a fixed-fee online sale option to their portfolio of property services. Their friendly and knowledgeable team is trusted by landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers alike. Through their empathetic and warm approach, the team has built strong and long-lasting relationships with their clients and within their local community.
The Brief
Due to their geographical expansion and the addition of their online service, their old branding failed to hold up against new competitors and looked too outdated for the digital future of the business.
Having previously worked with Concord, they asked us to help rebrand their business whilst being mindful of the equity in their old brand identity assets. The key task was to differentiate them among their competitors through capturing their ethos and strategy: “We help you move, your way.”
Brand Design
By identifying the key visual elements of their old brand identity, we built on their signature colour – a deep purple – and offset it with a number of vibrant contrasting accents. We combined an elegant wordmark with bold oversized icons and a modern sans serif typeface to create impactful layouts for their stationery, sales literature, signage, advertisements, posters and leaflets. A suite of authentic photographs translates the face-to-face customer experience for their online and print touch points.
Website Development
The most important goal for the Concord website was to retain users on site by offering a property search experience similar to the big online platforms, such as Zoopla, Rightmove and On the Market. The new custom-built website integrates seamlessly with the Concord database and allows users to browse and access detailed property information, such as floor plans, EPC ratings, picture galleries and location maps. Based on a flexible modular design using on brand content blocks, the website is user-friendly for website visitors and it easy to update and maintain by the Concord team.
