The hallway was an area I looked at as a transition space to people’s day to day journey.I wanted to create a piece that was playful and interactive. City Hallway caters for typical hallway activities on departure and arrival, such as post, coats, keys, hats etc with brick like pieces that pull and push in to suit the user. It flows the length of a hallway with different location points for these activities almost acting as a journey in its self.
