KBIRR - Microbirrificio napoletano.

KBIRR
KBirr is the first Neapolitan beer made with artisanal method, unfiltered and unpasteurized. Three types - Lager, Scotch ale, Imperial Stout - to offer a good tasting range. Idea and project are by Fabio Ditto, a Neapolitan, a fine connoisseur of the beer universe and general manager of Loco for Drink, a leading company in Campania in the sector of distribution and import of high-end beer. After a careful study and various "cooked" conducted with the brewer Achille Certezza, Ditto finds the perfect recipe and gives body to his dream: to create a quality beer in Campania strictly handmade. The name is a tribute to the Neapolitan culture. KBirr derives from the Neapolitan exclamation of joy, which evokes the immediacy, spontaneity and passion of this beer: "Wow, what a beer!" The three typologies have names that evoke Neapolitan expressions without however incurring the dialect tout court - Natavot, Jattura, Paliat - and have stylized graphic-design images on the label that reflect some classics of the Neapolitan iconography.
