American College of Dentists Prepares for Meeting
WASHINGTON, D.C. (May 30, 2013) – The American College of Dentists (ACD) recently announced the dates for its 2013 annual meeting, which will be held Oct. 30-31 in New Orleans. The ACD is encouraging all of its members and supporters to attend, including Robert Madden, DDS, a Denver-area dentist and owner of Southwest Family Dentistry. Dr. Robert Madden recently was nominated by his colleagues and inducted as a fellow into the ACD.

Designed to celebrate leadership in dentistry, the annual meeting will feature keynote speakers, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities. Through special courses that qualify for continuing education credits, attendees will gain valuable information regarding leadership skills and dental ethics, among others.

Established in 1920, the American College of Dentists is dedicated to encouraging and promoting the growth of the field. The organization’s founders believed that members of the dental profession should look beyond the present and plan for a brighter future.

Dr. Robert Madden is a longtime supporter of the ACD. He earned his doctor of dental surgery from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry and his MBA from the University of Colorado. Aside from his professional obligations, Robert Madden, DDS, has consulted for the Lakewood Head Start program and the Council on Private Practice.
