For this project, it tasked us with the challenge to design a publication about the future of aliment. Concretely, the projects that we previously worked with on precedent projects. For my projects, I kept the consistency of the theme of working with Sushi, Mochi and Alcohol. For this assignment, I worked with only Sushi and Mochi instead to have an intriguing take on the future of food. I left out the topic of Alcohol because its generically prominent how alcohol can affect a person; their physical and mental state.
For the creative process, I sketch out and experimented with a variety of concepts and had fun doing so. Below are some sketches I’ve done and had a feel for what I wanted to go with. However, YouTube tutorials were an enormous factor in deciding what theme what I wanted to go with for both Sushi and Mochi. I did virtually every tutorial possible, accumulating, and manipulating until I got the results I wanted.
