Street furniture for Prague
The historic city of Prague is the capital of the Czech Republic. Founded during the Romanesque and flourishing in the Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque eras, Prague was the capital of the Kingdom of Bohemia. Today, each of Prague’s districts has retained its own distinctive atmosphere and unique charm.
It was important to consider Prague’s history when designing new furniture for the city. Because the items are so diverse, we needed to come up with a design identity that would fit all the pieces. We decided to use casted metal parts that we shaped as a sculpture.
