The site for the project was definet by the previous Apartment Block project.
From the north side of the territory located the underground parking, that elevates under the ground. I decided to create there a free public zone. It looks a bit like amphitheater because of the plunging down big steps. Therefore people can sit on the "stair" and enojy the setting sun. (View 2)
From the south-west side I created the additional pedestrian area to separate big road and building. (View 3)
The south-east part is the main part of the courtyard, where I created the main green walking part that maintains the dominant axe of the building (View 1, View 4). It is surround with kid's playground and several groups of busches, where people can sit on the benches and relax.
