An online promo page for the City of David Museum; a timeline showing the history of Jerusalem and its population.
The main challenge was to develop UX so that the user can easily navigate through historical periods while allowing to zoom in on a specific exhibit.
Solution: two modes were built, a slideshow and a timeline. The slideshow allows for a quick overview and the timeline is split by periods featuring all the exhibit items in an organised manner.
Look and feel combines antique designs with modern UI elements.
