I used Blender to modelise and texture the Fishes, 3 Displacements defformers were used to have the swimming look. 
In order to have less unreal defformation and have a japanese animation look, the "fish video" is in 16 fps animation,
 less fps was to jerky and more was to organic and swooshy.
A 3D scene in Blender helped me to have the Ambiant Occlusion, The light map and helped me to chose the angle of view.
Then, photoshop to paint the background without the highlight sun ray.
After effect was used to do the composition with the differents layers.
