When I was asked to cover a woman's athletic event, I felt unprepared and overwhelmed. I had only a few days to learn about all the games, their rules and regulations, and the way the scores are accrued and calculated. 

However, the best thing about this event was meeting inspirational women, who defy the norm and mind not the obstacles imposed upon them by the square society they live in. Hats off!

My job as the copywriter on the project was to create storyboards and conduct interviews with the contestants. It was not easy to do so, given time limitations and lack of logistic support. My videographer and I were literally a two-man crew!
