This is a concept project I worked on to evaluate and redesign the homepage section of VPBank Smart SME - a CRM app to manage deals, contacts, and stay connected to leads & customers.
GOAL
Improve the layout design and propose changes in UX at the homepage to make it easier for sales team tracks their performance and their task lists.
