In 2019, as a freelance Art Director, I supported UsUp (Milan Communication Agency) in the creation of a strategic and creative proposal for the incentive plan dedicated to the sales network of Reale Mutua Assicurazioni.
The proposal proved successful, and the extremely satisfied customer wanted to work with us also the following year.

For 2020, the request was to completely review the incentive program, both organizational and communicative, and to create more modern and digital-focused communication tools.
